What counts
Only granted consents. Refusals, bots, test links and repeat visits don't count.

Questions
Does the site open without consent?
Yes. Both buttons open the destination. Without consent no personal data is kept, and the site gets a token that says so.
What exactly is in the journal?
The decision, the purposes, the page text version, the time and the link. With consent also the encrypted IP address and browser as proof. Every record is linked to the previous one by a hash.
Can a visitor change their mind?
Yes, at any time on the My consents page. The withdrawal goes into the journal, and your webhook is notified.
Can I create links in the cabinet?
No, only through the API: every destination is checked when a link is created, which keeps phishing out. The cabinet shows your links, their numbers and the journal.
